صرف عقلِ انسانی زندگی کے تمام مسائل کا حل پیش نہیں کر سکتی بلکہ اسے رہنمائی کی ضرورت ہے جو وحی یعنی قرآنِ حکیم سے ہی مل سکتی ہے۔ قرآن اور عقل کا باہمی تعلق روشنی اور آنکھوں کا ہے۔ قرآن ہمیں غوروفکر کی دعوت دیتا ہے ۔ وہ خود دلیل سے بات کرتا ہے اور دوسروں سے بھی آس کا تقاضا کرتاہے۔ قرآنِ حکیم میں ارشاد ہے۔
یہ اَمر باعثِ حیرت ہے کہ وہ قرآن پر غور کیوں نہیں کرتے کیا ان کے دلوں پر تالے پڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ سورہ محمد
خدا کے نزدیک بد ترین مخلوق وہ انسان ہیں جو سوچنے اور سمجھنے کی صلاحیتوں کو بروے کار نہیں لاتے۔ الانفال 22
جب اُن کے سامنے آیاتِ الہی پیش کی جاتی ہیں تو وہ اندھے اور بہرے بن کر ان کو نظر انداز نہیں کرتے بلکہ اُن پر غور کرتے ہیں۔ فرقان 73
This revelation is preserved in the Quran in its final and complete form. Mankind, therefore, cannot reach its desired destination without the Quran. The Quran is the final book of God and Muhammad (P) His last prophet and messenger.
انہی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں سٹاک ہوم کے کچھ احباب نے سٹڈی سرکل تشکیل دیا تاکہ قرآنِ حکیم کو سمجھ کر اسے اپنی زندگی کا راہنما بنایا جائے اور اس مغربی معاشرہ میں روزمرہ مسائل کا حل تلاش کیا جائے۔ سویڈش مملکت کے اہم امور سے اگاہی, ایک بہتر مسلمان اور ایک اچھے شہری کی حیثیت سے معاشرہ میں باوقار انداز اختیار کیا جاسکے۔
2007سٹاک ھوم سٹڈی سرکل کے تحت ماہانہ میٹنگ منعقد کی جاتی ہے اور یہ سلسلہ نومبر
سے جاری ہے۔ قرآن حکیم کو مضامین کے اعتبار سے سمجھا جاتاہے۔ ایک موضوع کی تمام آیات کو ایک نشست میں سامنے لایا جاتا ہے اور اس موضوع پر احادیث کو بھی شامل کیا جاتا ہے۔ متعلقہ موضوع پر علامہ اقبال کی تعلیمات کو بھی سمجھا جاتا ہے۔ تمام شرکاء کو آزادانہ اظہارِ خیال کا موقع دیا جاتا ہے۔ فرقہ واریت اور غیر ضروری بحث سے اجتناب کیا جاتاہے۔
قرآن ایک نہایت آسان کتاب ہے جسے ہر کوئی سمجھ سکتا ہے جیسا کہ سورہ القمر میں چار مرتبہ کہا گیا ہے
ہم نے قرآن کو نصیحت حاصل کرنے کے لئے نہایت آسان بنایا ہے سو ہے کوئی نصیحت حاصل کرنے والا۔۔
حدیثِ نبوی ہے تم میں سے بہترین وہ ہے جو قران سیکھے اور دوسروں کو سکھائے۔ بخاری، ابوداؤد، مسلم، ترمذی، نسائی و ابنِ ماجہ۔
قرآن فہمی کی اس کوشش میں آپ بھی ہمارے ساتھ شریک ہو جائیں۔ پیامبرِ قرآن حکیم الامت علامہ اقبال نے فرمایا ہے
قرآن میں ہو غوطہ زن اے مردِ مسلمان
اللہ کرے عطا تجھے جدتِ کردار
وہ معزز تھے زمانے میں مسلمان ہو کر
اور تم خوار ہوے تارکِ قرآن ہو کر
قوتِ عشق سے ہر پست کو بالا کردے
دہر میں اسمِ محمد سے اُجالا کر دے
Human intellect alone cannot solve life’s problems. God's revelation (Wahy) is required for human guidance in the same way that vision requires light.
The Quran is the criterion for judging between truth and falsehood. Everything that agrees with the Quran is correct. That which is at variance with it, is false.
The Holy Prophet (s) attained the pinnacle of beautiful character and conduct. Foreign conspiracies, however, vitiated our history by alloying it with things that are a blot on the Prophet’s (S) escutcheon, that is, a stain on his honor. These sections of our history - in whatever books they may appear are altogether wrong and fabricated. The Holy Qur’an is the ONLY criterion for judging the Prophet’s character.
Every claim of the Quran is based on reason and knowledge, and its truths are beyond space and time. In order to comprehend Quranic truths, it is essential to keep abreast of the advances made in human knowledge. And since God has endowed human beings with the ability to conquer the forces of nature, it is necessary that these forces be conquered only to fulfill God’s program for humanity
For the said purpose SSC will foster an awareness and Understanding of Holy Quran subject wise in order to get the guidance in solving everyday problems, being a good Muslim and useful citizen of Swedish Society.

To support societies and associations elsewhere which have similar objectives. To promote the study and appreciation of Allama Iqbal's work.
Worst of the creatures in the sight of Allah are those human beings who do not utilise the capabilities of hearing and speaking and refuse to understand (7/179, 2/18). 8. Al-Anfâl: 22
It is a matter of great surprise that these people do not seriously apply their minds to what the Quran says. Why have their hearts become so blocked that nothing reasonable gets into them? Surah Muhammad: Verse 47
When the Divine Laws are presented to them, they do not submit to these by ignoring their intellect, wisdom, rationale and reason. Also, they do not respond to them as if they were deaf and blind. Surah Al-Furqan : 73
You will see many amongst both the Jinn and Ins who are destined for Jahannam for they have been given the faculties of thinking, seeing and hearing but they do not utilize them (to grasp the truth). They are just like brutes - and indeed worse than them. They remain unheedful of the laws of Allah.
These are the people whose abode will be Jahannam 7: Al Araf 179
Hazrat Uthman (RA) Narrates Holy Prophet (SAW) said " The Best amongst you is he who learns Quran and teaches it ". Bukhari, Abu Daud, Tirmizi, Nisa´i and Ibne Majah
The teaching of the Qur'an that life is a process of progressive creation necessitates that each generation, guided but unhampered by the work of its predecessors, should be permitted to solve its own problems.
